Launching BizHelp, Our Mobile Support Center

This week we are launching BizHelp, our new customer support app. It will serve as a primary destination for customers who need support. Have a question about our CMS or your app? You will find the answer in the BizHelp app, whether through how-to videos or help desk articles. BizHelp will be the first resort for all your questions and troubleshooting issues, so that you can access all this information whenever and wherever you are. If you do not find what you need, our team is of course available to help you through email or phone support. But in a lot of cases you will find the answers right there in the BizHelp app!

BizHelp includes all of our help desk material, as well as fun competitions. The app will constantly be updated with new information, and we will be sending out push notifications to keep you up-to-date about anything related to Bizness Apps.

If you’ve been reading up on our blog, you have probably come across the term “mobile-first” several times. Mobile-first refers to an approach to design, development, and marketing that puts the user’s mobile experience at its core. It allows companies to build an experience with mobile as it’s starting point. And as a mobile solutions company, we practice what we preach. BizHelp is a mobile-first approach to our customer support, with the Progressive Web App as a starting point to getting support. We created this app on our own platform, so you can also instantly see how to use an app to implement a mobile-first approach with your clients – on iOS, Android, and on the web.
