This platform was born from the need to easily add membership & loyalty features to any native mobile app. This was done by providing a mobile-ready web interface, which can be added in a web-view component to any mobile app, IOS, Android or Windows phone.
Features:
Member/Loyalty Card – the card can be embedded in any mobile app and will show in real time the balance in loyalty points along with user info
Customized Card – card can be customized in terms of colors and image, can show or hide the balance and can hold an unique QR or Bar code
Scannable Card – the user card can be scanned by the business. Points can be awarded or redeemed by the business by simply scanning the user’s card.
Complete Cards Management – business can manage the cards by changing their type, award or subtract points or activate/disable them.
Earnings & Gifts List – business can define a list of items available upon user’s badge scan. Points can be awarded or subtracted by choosing positive or negative value items.
Campaigns – business can create campaigns to gather supplementary users info, such as birthday, or can conduct quizzes, ratings or collect donations through PayPal. The participation to these campaigns can be rewarded with loyalty points.
Reports – business can access transactions reports or campaigns reports in real-time.
Lists download – business can choose to download anytime the list of members, cards with points balance, transactions report, or campaigns reports on will.
QR codes generator – business can generate QR codes with given points value. Could be for unique use or multiple use.
Calendars – multiple public calendars (Google) can be added so the events can be visible from mobile apps. Dedicated calendars and events can also be added.
Locations & Directories – business can add locations in directories for chosen POI. The locations will be displayed on mobile apps as list or on map.
Users Management – business can deactivate or change the user’s role in order to grant clercs the right to scan users cards.
